Overview: At The Vape Pack, we are committed to providing excellent service to our customers. Before making a purchase, we recommend reading our refund policy to understand the terms and conditions. Our policies are designed not only to offer great service but also to prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Buyers must confirm that they are over 18 years old in the UK, as we strictly adhere to age restrictions. Please refer to vape laws for your country, as we may or may not issue a refund if age requirements are not met.

Cancellation Policy:

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for order cancellations due to our fast turnaround.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after the 15-minute grace period, as processing may have commenced.

Return Policy:

  • To be eligible for a refund, returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • No refunds will be issued for returns initiated after the 14-day period, regardless of any issues.
  • E-liquid items, including shortfills, nic salts, nic shots, etc., cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons, whether opened, used, or sealed in the original packaging. Exceptions are made only if an incorrect item has been sent.
  • Vape kits or e-cigarettes can be returned within 14 days but must remain in their original packaging.
  • Buyers are responsible for return delivery costs. Refunds will be issued after verifying the returned item's condition.
  • Deductions may be made from the refund if damage has occurred due to mishandling by the buyer.
  • Delivery costs will be refunded based on the cheapest delivery method unless the order qualified for free delivery, in which case the delivery charge will be deducted from the total refund.
  • Disposable vape items, including disposable vapes and refill pods, cannot be refunded unless an error has occurred and an incorrect item was sent.
  • For hygiene reasons, disposable vape items not in their original packaging cannot be returned, even if sent incorrectly. Please check items before opening.
  • Puff counts provided are a guide and do not affect statutory rights.
